Bright gold.
Nose
Lemon peel, candy floss and a hint of cocoa.
Palate
Fresh tropical notes with pineapple, green apples and vanilla. A slight touch of chilli gives a tantalising heat.
Finish
Aromatic, fruity and satisfying. The depth of sweetness is backed up by strength of the spiced oak, creating a lasting impression.

Quarter Cask 'The Bothy' is a cask strength powerhouse of tropical fruit notes and spiced vanilla. It is aged in smaller casks to intensify the maturation process and add an extra dimension of spice.
Since it entered our range as a limited edition four years ago, Quarter Cask 'The Bothy' has become a huge favourite among Arran Whisky friends worldwide. You told us what you thought of it an we listened. We are delighted to present it in a new pack as a permanent part of our core range, available all year round.
Matured for 7 years in Bourbon Barrels and then for a further 2 years in 125L Quarter Casks. It is distilled and matured at Lochranza, non-chill filtered, and has an entirely natural colour. Put simply, it is in a class of its own.
Bottled at cask strength, 56.2% ABV.
