Color

Yellow shimmering amber

Nose

Aromas of spicy pineapple, peaches in syrup, lemongrass and spicy mandarins flatter the nose. The American white oak gives this elegant whisky scents of grapefruit, apple tart with honey, vanilla pod and overripe bananas.

Palate

At first fruity, fresh drop tastes of melon, ginger cake and vanilla pudding, then other aromas emerge: white chocolate, raisins, café latte and ginger syrup. A hint of mango, lemon peel and creamy caramel cake rounds off the enjoyment.

Note

This twelve-year-old whisky from the wild Highlands flows gently down the throat. Single grain whisky is distilled from a mash with mostly unmalted grain. It smells of spicy pineapple, peaches in syrup, lemongrass and mandarins. The American white oak also gives the elegant tipple notes of grapefruit, apple tart with honey, vanilla pod and overripe bananas. At first, this fruity, fresh whisky tastes of melon, ginger cake and vanilla pudding, then the trained palate recognizes white chocolate, raisins, café latte and ginger syrup.
